Mr. B. K. Fulton

B. Keith Fulton is Chairman of Ario, LLC and dityApps.com (inventors of the world’s first Ophthalmologist approved digital reading glasses app – EZ Reader). Previously, he was Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region for Verizon Communications, Inc. ($5.5B Rev.) and President of Verizon West Virginia ($400M Rev.). At Verizon VA ($3.5B Rev.), “B.K.” lead a team of more than 10,000 men and women in Virginia and was responsible for fiscal oversight and developing and executing Verizon’s governmental affairs, legislative strategies and public affairs initiatives in Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C. and Delaware. He has held senior, leadership, technology and policy development posts with the U.S. Department of Commerce, AOL Time Warner and the National Urban League.
In 2011, B.K. was named one of the “50 Most Influential African-Americans in Technology”. BK is a Computer World/Smithsonian international technology laureate medal recipient and a Sloan Fellow. His influential papers on technology are permanently archived at the Smithsonian Institute.

BK holds a Bachelor’s degree in urban affairs and planning with two years of computer engineering and architecture (Virginia Tech), a Master of Science degree in management and policy analysis (Harvard/New School-Milano), and a Juris Doctorate in intellectual property, electronic commerce and electronic communications law (New York Law School). He serves on the boards of Norfolk State University, Bon Secours Health Systems, Towne Bank and numerous other civic, social and business boards.
